Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System
Chapter 549 - 549: A huge Project [Bonus]Kent ensured all playing with the three lolis was out of the way before getting down to business.
⟪So that was the mission you went on. I wonder why the Tower was so secretive about it,⟫ Gaia said after Kent narrated everything he had been up to after he was teleported to the Dead Region.
It turned out even the three cosmic beings had no idea what quest he had embarked on.
“Yes. So they need a place to stay for the rest of their lives—unless, of course, they one day want to leave. But for now, I want you three to expand the city. You have 72 days tops for that.”
The three ladies looked at each other’s faces, and a smile appeared on them.
⟪We can do what you require of us. In fact, we will make it even better by ensuring they are comfortable, have very strong blood qi to enrich their bloodline, and even make the chaos qi more dense.
Aside from that, Dori here happens to have met the Bloodvein Tribe before, so we can even create an ancestral land where they can go and comprehend some techniques that can be found only in Dori’s collection.
We can basically make them powerful and allow them to live comfortable lives. However, it is going to cost you,⟫ Dori said, raising her pinky finger.
“How much are we talking?” Kent asked, knowing this was something he expected.
⟪Some unexpected and minor technicalities might come in, but for now, we are tracking 80 million Tower Points, and that includes everything.⟫
Kent did a quick check of his Tower Points.
⟦Tower Points: 120,000,000⟧
‘Looks like Kaizo and the team had done some heavy lifting for me,’ Kent smiled.
“Very well.” Kent accepted the offer. “So, how long would it take before you get it done?”
⟪Give us 48 days and we will have everything ready. But before that, are you okay if we come up with the designs, or do you want them to do it? Either way, we can get it done in 48 days.⟫
“Since Dori is familiar with their race in the higher worlds, then pick her mind, but ensure it aligns with the world we are trying to build here.”
⟪Very well, you have yourself a deal,⟫ Gaia said, going in for a handshake. Kent could only play her silly game and let her have her fun.
Thankfully, she is the best when it comes to building stuff. Kent knew the city would be built to standard since he trusted them wholeheartedly.
After he was done with the ladies, he left to see Elaine’s parents. Since their daughter was away, training under Vexthra’s guidance, they were left alone to tend the herb garden.
“It’s been a long time since we saw you, Kent. How have you been?” Elaine’s mother said, taking hold of his hand. Her father wasn’t far behind, considering they were inside the herb garden when Kent arrived.
“I was away on business. I just returned today and decided to come say hi,” Kent said, sitting down.
“I thought because Elaine left and didn’t even bother to come say hi, you also abandoned us, too,” Lady Rain said, causing Kent to smile.
“I wouldn’t dare abandon my future in-laws,” Kent said, meaning it to be a joke, but the mother and father looked at each other and smiled.
They knew that while he meant it as a joke, Kent had indeed found interest in their baby girl, who, despite her saying on multiple occasions she wouldn’t fall for the purple-haired brat, now refuses to come home.
“How is she?” Elaine’s father asked.
“She is fine. She and my wives are training under their big sister, so she is doing fine. She has become very beautiful too. I will tell her to come visit when I get back,” Kent said, bringing a smile to Elaine’s parents.
“It’s good to know she is doing well. However, I suppose you didn’t come here to chat about Elaine.”
“Indeed, I came to inform you that there will be more people coming to live here with you and the other humans. However, they are not human like you and me.
They are a race called Bloodvein. They have red skin but human features. Some of them also have small horns, but aside from their skin color and some unique features, they are basically human.”
“There are about twelve thousand of them.”
“Finally, there will be different races of people here and more friends to make,” Elaine’s mother said, and her husband couldn’t agree more. They were both happy to hear that more people would be coming in.
Kent clearly didn’t expect them to accept this new change easily.
He expected them to ask a few questions, but surprisingly, they accepted—and it wasn’t like they only did so because he was the city’s owner; they did so because they genuinely wanted people around.
“I guess I was worried for nothing,” Kent smiled.
“No need to think that. It isn’t just us who wanted new faces here; everyone living in the Tower wanted that too. After Nyxira, Kaizo, and the others came to say hi months ago, they all wanted to have more relationships with people outside our race,” Lady Rain said.
“Oh, I didn’t know that,” Kent smiled and then, in front of the two parents, he transformed.
“Wow, you are a dragon,” the two parents said in a slightly shocked and very fascinated tone.
“Big time,” Kent answered, watching them examine him for a few seconds before asking a question he knew anyone would ask.
“Are you from the Dragon Empire?”
“No. I am not from around here. I can’t say much now, but one day you all will understand my true lineage.”
Kent most definitely didn’t want to say much until he understood his true lineage, which meant he must first understand the many lives he had lived.
He was once the Chaos Dragon. Then he became Lord Genesis, a human who dominated the sword world. Right now, he had a hint that he was an assassin called the Faceless Assassin.
All of this made him wonder just who he is—or was. So until he understood that, he wouldn’t speak about his lineage.
After making sure the two in-laws had asked all their questions, he decided to leave and go inform the 120 humans he brought back into the Tower.
But before he left, Lady Rain whispered something in his ear that made Kent wonder many things.
“Don’t keep me waiting for long. I want to hold my dragon grandkids.”
