Number One Dungeon Supplier

Chapter 2165: And You Said To Be Cautious!

"No, how could this be!" Krishna said as he suffered another setback once again. Whatever trickery he could think of had been destroyed by this little kid and her explosions. It was to the point that the only way of destroying her would be through overpowering her.

However, the only way to overpower her is to destroy her barrier which she had devised for it to be stronger than her explosions. If one cannot output the very same explosive powers as her magical spells, then it would be safe to say that there is no other way to stop her. It was at that moment he realised that there was no way of winning this. This was out of his league.

Perhaps, his Lord, the God of Preservation might be able to find a way out of this but not him. Even before he could use his summons, even if he tried to use status debuffs such as Dark, Blindness, or Paralyze, as long as she was able to snap her fingers, wave her wand or even make a sound, a power of immense magical load would instantly appear just to kill him.

He might have survived a few near deaths from those explosive attacks but there is no way he could take one directly. And even if he did, it was as if she was toying with him. Those explosions did not kill him and only injured him so that he would panic and show his next move.

There was nothing else stopping her from defeating him so utterly pathetic and yet it was as if she was waiting for him to take the initiative to surrender instead.

On the other hand, Peppers was noting down possible new skills and magic just to make a variety of explosions happen. In fact, she realised that she could infuse those magic spells that the Celestial Trickster had used on her as her variant spells. Imagine a spell that casts explosive darkness. They would be hit and blinded. Or paralysation?

Maybe after getting hit by the explosion one would be turned sleepy?

Of course, it varied away from the definition of explosions as such spells were meant to kill things, not to make side effects to people but there were many a times, when her enemies could survive the explosions and she felt that it was necessary to create variants so that her enemies could also be caught off guard.

However, she needed time to tweak the explosion spells in include those secondary spells into it, and just as Peppers wanted to test it out on Krishna, he finally yielded.

"I surrender! I surrender! There is no way I can defeat you!" Krishna said as he went down on both knees with his head on the ground. He had enough of this place and her attacks.

He might be one of the Dashavatara, but it felt like all he did for the past few hours or maybe days that he had been running around in this barren land that had no indication of day and night just to suffer from Peppers' explosions.

"Write it in a blood pact or whatever. I am not letting you go until you do so. Or else, how would I know that what you said is true and you will backstab me like how every single stupid enemy did? All Honourless Scums!" Peppers said as she continued to stay at a distance and Krishna summoned out a piece of paper while writing a few sentences to initiate the contract.

"There! All you need to do is to sign it…" Krishna said as Peppers cautiously looked at the piece of paper that was placed on the ground. After all the tricks that Kraft had played on her, she figured that it was better to play safe by pouring magic into the piece of contract so that no tricks were being played or she was manipulated by Krishna.

But suddenly, she felt that her magic started to be sapped.

"Hahahahah! And you said to be cautious! Guess you are not cautious enough! This piece of contract is an illusion!

All your remaining magical powers will be transferred to me and I will finish you off as you see your precious mana being used by me and only me!" Krishna said as he could see the immense amount of mana being poured into a contract and subsequently turned into Celestial Energy for Krishna.

With that amount of Celestial Energy, he continued to heal himself while beginning to mumble his words to summon those minions that he had called out initially…just with more numbers. However, as time went by, he started to feel that it was weird.

Usually, this Mana Grab contract that he used to kill mages should have been completed by now. Especially so for these kinds of mages who used magic so extensively that their mana pool should more or less be depleted. However, the more time passed, the more mana gushed in through that piece of contract paper.

It was as if as time went by, her pool of Mana got stronger and stronger but that should not be the case. "Impossible! What is this?"

"Ehh… I guess you are going to die? Seems like there is finally someone who would know my pain of holding so much Mana." Peppers said as she felt refreshed momentarily and in fact it might have been the first time she felt this way. All the Mana was being taken away by that piece of paper and transferred into Krishna.

In the meantime, The Celestial Trickster tried his best to cope with this sudden influx of Celestial energy. Surely, he had healed all his wounds and used the extra for the minion summoning but because more of this Celestial Energy was being poured in, he had to use more of it before Krishna as the container of 'x' amount of Celestial Energy would break.

For the first minute, it looked like he managed to handle the flow but as the second clockhand ticked, it became unbearable. "Urgh. Looks like I am not able to fulfill my master's request. Thank god this is in a dungeon instance." Peppers said as she knew that the Dashavatara in front of her was going to die…from imploding.
